Gift Certificates/Gift Cards
All are non-refundable and expire 2 years from purchase. We're not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Scheduling
We recommend pre-booking your next appointment for best availability. Feel free to arrive 15 minutes early to relax. Late arrivals may lead to altered or rescheduled appointments.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% service charge.
Allergies
Notify our staff of any sensitivities or allergies before your service begins.
Payments
Pay at our guest services desk after your visit. We accept major credit cards and cash. No checks. Gratuities can't be added to card payments.
Children
We welcome kids but require adult supervision for their safety. Please be cautious as our salon uses hot and sharp equipment.
Returns
Exchange unsatisfactory products within 30 days with a receipt. This excludes brushes, hair accessories, and tools.
Redo Policy
If unhappy with a service, contact guest services within 24 hours. Adjustments honored up to one week from the service date.
