Currently we have Vogue On 24 Salon and Med Spa, Vogue On 54 Salon and Nail Spa, Tatum-Poole Décor and More, and Real Estate ventures. We have grown our family here in Delaware as well, our two boys Micah and Asher are our lives away from work. We are truly blessed in our lives with our family and network of friends here in Sussex County! Vogue On 24 Salon & Medical Spa was founded to be a space the community can come and feel comfortable with allowing there inter beauty be brought to the surface!

Inspired by her mom and aunt—both hairstylists—Denise fell in love with the beauty industry at a young age. Over 30 years later, her passion for creating confidence and connection behind the chair is stronger than ever. She truly lives by her motto: “Good hair does not stay home.”
Denise specializes in natural textures—waves, curls, and everything in between—as well as all things blonding. From classic highlighting to custom hair painting, she loves creating bright, dimensional looks that make her guests shine.
For Denise, the most rewarding part of her career is being part of her clients’ stories and celebrating life’s moments—one hair service at a time.

Ryan joins Vogue On 24 Salon & Med Spa with extensive experience as a Family Nurse Practicioner with a strong passion in aesthetics and injectables. He holds a Bachelor and Masters degree in Nursing and is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Ryan has honed his skills in various healthcare settings, including Nephrology, Cardiology, Hospitalist, and Family Medicine.
Trained at the Institute for Laser Medicine, Ryan specializes in Neuromodulators and Dermal Fillers. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their best selves through personalized care and attention to detail.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, flying as a licensed private pilot, and volunteering as a firefighter. His commitment to both his profession and community makes him a valued addition to our team.
